WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take ownership of store sales goals to help meet sales goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of physical store location.
- Manage and supervise Retail Assistant and store operation assistant (security, cleaning service, etc.) to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with data analyst to manage necessary items, including restocking products.
- Collaborate with management to create and implement sales projects.
- Ensure physical location is properly maintained.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Min. Bachelor Degree graduates.
- 2+ years as a leader / supervisor in retail fashion.
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong interpersonal skill with adventurous personality and customer service attitude.
- The ability to work as a part of a positive and dynamic team, who’s responsible, passionate and committed.
- Available to work in shift hour and flexible for weekend and/or holiday time.
